Pros

Good benefits and flexible work hours, Amazing treatment of C Suite employees, Easy vacation and time off process with rollover.

Cons

There is a definite Good Old Boys club that controls everything and doesn't open itself up to anything new or outside of their sphere of understanding. Being a woman in this industry is hard and Gresham Smith and Partners doesn't make it any easier.

Total Good old boy network! \Lower pay Not very collaborative between disciplines and across offices Less talk and more action needed Not forward thinking and refuse to be on the cutting edge. They would rather other firms take the risks and then they will get on the bandwagon.

Freedom, there is very little accountability or strategic direction from upper management. If you know what you are doing and are driven, you can go far. Flex time is a great perk.

Cons

There is little accountability, your coworkers will take advantage of this. The Peter principle thrives here, especially in upper mgmt. Compensation is based more on years of experience than actual talent. Core values are lip service at best. Discussions about workplace problems or ideas to improve the work atmosphere with management or HR are as effective as discussing them with brick walls.
