Pros

Truly cares about the well-being of their employees. Excellent ERNs and DEIB principles (though they've had to rename those initiatives in this political climate). Opportunities to shift roles within the company. Great deal on employee parking in Nashville. Frequent free food leftover from lunch meetings. Flexible scheduling.

Cons

Lots of inefficiencies (and lack of standardization) you wouldn't expect from a business this size. Teams can be quite cliquish. Slow expense reimbursement system and no corporate credit cards.
