The rank and file employees were very supportive of each other while running scared everyday in anticipation of the next lay-off.

Cons

Favortism was the flavor of the day when it came to recognition and/or promotion. If you were not part of the "clicks" tied to individual managers, you were subject to any negative event upcoming.

Overall, I would rate their compensation packages as fair to good. Benefit were good and they embraced features such as flex-time and tele-commute.

Cons

Management fostered a corporate culture that encouraged internal strife, alienated clients and offended many of the subs working on the projects. Nepotism is widely practiced leaving you working under the unqualified neighbor, friend or nephew of someone. Too many egotist, too many ineffective managers.
