Pros

Company has its employees' best interests in mind. They understand that the development and growth of its employees will inherently thrust the company as a whole toward excellence. It is ultimately up to the individual to utilize the strengths of the company for personal growth and development.

Cons

Key players who have the most potential for training younger staff sometimes get stretched too thin. Then again, this is a good problem to have. For the most part, they are very helpful as long as they have time.

Pros

Great balance between work and life Decent compensation Opportunities are given to those who voice their desires. Many intelligent, talented and motivated management/ partners willing to guide and teach. Motivated management gets younger staff involved at all stages of the architectural process. Moving towards an integrated design and analysis approach to the architectural process.

Cons

Decent design, but the project base lacks the excitement sought by the higher end employee. Too many stagnant employees not really wanting to take the firm to the next level. Not a lot of design culture or discussion between projects. Office space design lacks stimulation for collaborative design Some talented professionals are in the wrong positions and not given the opportunity to guide/ teach the younger generation of GS&P leaders.
