Pros

Great company culture; hardworking staff; good headquarters location in downtown Dallas on DART rail line; many loyal and long-tenured employees

Cons

Pay, merit raises and bonuses can be sub-par - depends on the department; recent acquisition by a new corporate parent resulted in layoffs, overworked employees and many dropped balls; too many layers of management involved in basic decision-making.

Pros

Can make great money. Simple as long as you can adapt to obscure hours, no radio, and have no problems with passengers.

Cons

Must file a lot of paperwork including; logs, count sheets, and extra pay if you go overtime. Will never get straight ansewer, there is the Greyhound way and the realistic way to do things. Do what works best for you. Bend the rules, but don't break the law.
