Classic outsource company, with cool clients. The experience is really dependent of the client you get, but for the most part Grid does an ok job to support you.Good working equipment, ok benefits, relatively low workload (dependent of the client)

Classic outsource company, you work as a contractor, which always means you are one of "them".
