      Very inconsistent projects, can last for 3 months only and company wont be very supportive in finding a new one)

      Decent package compared to other service based company.

      Cons

      You cant grow in the company even if you do exceptional work. But you will get promotion and good hike if you are managers pet and dont even know how to write print statement.
