      Pros

      It’s a good place to start and learn corporate culture. The environment is flexible, HR is supportive, and the managers are more approachable compared to many MNCs. Most importantly, you get peace of mind here—which is truly the need of the hour.

      Cons

      There are no major cons in terms of the work environment. I don’t think there will be any issues in settling here for the long term. It’s an evolving organization, and with good client projects coming in, it’s just a matter of time. Coming from an MNC culture, you won’t regret joining—this can be a strong stepping stone for your career
