- professional team - interesting projects - work/life balance - some opportunities to learn new things and grow as a specialist

Cons

- it's hard to be promoted even if you have great feedback from a client complany and even if you take some additional activities (interviews, SL, etc) - work almost without bonuses - salary raise takes a lot of time
