      The company has a lot of skilled engineers that are willing to share their knowledge. Also there is a in house learning portal with structured learning paths for each role.

      Your personal experience depends greatly on which project you end up on as the management does not do much to controll the more demanding clients.

      *modern working equipment *there are a lot of interesting projects to work on *the company is very helpful with self-training and certification of new technologies *ability to work from home *there are a lot of technically competent colleagues with whom you can consult or just have an interesting conversation *possibility of moving to another country

      *sometimes there are overtime but it pays well *sometimes you have to work with outdated solutions from customers before helping them migrate to modern solutions
