      Pros

      A lot of opportunities to grow - there are a lot of projects (from large to small) which you can work on. Internal tech talks, smart colleagues, nice parties (before the covid). Opportunity to relocate if you desire.

      Cons

      Sometimes it's difficult to change the project, especially, if you perform very well for a current client. Salaries are not the highest on the market for senior devs, so it can become a problem at some point.

      Pros

      Great people, great teamwork, imo best quality that engineers provide to the market and customers. Also I always feel that company take care of the employees as much as it can.

      Cons

      A lot of things like your professional grow, interesting or not so interesting tasks, schedule, work-life balance depend on project you assigned to (like in any other big companies).
