      - Old office - Sometimes routine tasks - Long onsite trips - Long meetings in English with customers (sometimes late in the evening)

Onsite business trips are an excellent opportunity for our people to expand their skills and further develop professionally, a factor in that success is how quickly the group dynamic adapts when a new person joins the team already on site. Our onsite trips are designed to allow for this adjustment in order to ensure everyone gets the most out of the experience. The trips are not always required, so please let your Manager know what the maximum length of trip you would be willing to take. We look forward to finding a better solution for you. We are happy to say that we have already started working on the office space in Saint-Petersburg and things are moving quickly.

      Pros

      Good benefits, salaries and flexible schedules. The only thing I really liked is all the fun stuff in the office like ping-pong tables.

      Cons

      The company should rise the salary of its emploees.

      Pros

      Grid Dynamics has many famous customers, like Macy's, Kohl's, eBay and other companies, so there is always plenty of interesting work, new projects, and bleeding-edge technologies.

      Cons

      Timelines are very challenging sometimes, and working long hours is not a rare case, so you should be prepared. Also, most of projects are e-commerce oriented, so don't expect too much bleeding edge stuff.
