      Pros

      — Challenging projects, especially when compared to other service providers — A lot of travel and relocation opportunities — Political games kept to a minimum — Solid career development plan since the company expands fast — Flexible work hours, opportunity to work remotely on some days — Generous health benefits and bonuses

      Cons

      Shifts in strategy and reorgs are quite often. To be fair, the majority of employees don't suffer from these. The company is spread across multiple timezones — you'll likely have to attend meetings early in the morning or late in the evening.

      - best salary - nice environment (office, colleagues) - not many juniors - a lot of tech challenges, that was not resolved before - can work from home or on-site - good changes keep happening

      - projects are very long - bureaucracy is growing - a lot of money decisions requires ceo confirmation

      Cool team, cool projects, good salary, nice office, medical insurance, gym in office, benefits, coffee and cookies, business trips are well organised

      Sometimes management tries to start some strange projects and it leads to unpredictable consequences. Promotes some strange solutions for customer's business processes.
