      Pros

      Long paid vacations work from home most employees sit at home and do nothing it's the "culture " then demanded by managers for sales numbers or get threatening emails demanding more sales from managers

      Cons

      No direction from management,company is lead by fear and intimidation tactics , not allowed to ask questions little to no raise or opportunity for advancement , can be fired at any moment for any reason no matter what you contribute, unappreciated work environment,

      Pros

      This is the most rewarding experience I have had in my entire career. The people are amazing. The management team is down-to-earth and have a "people first" approach to the business. All of the employees own stock in the business, and act like they have skin in the game.

      I have nothing but good things to say about the company.
