Pros

Onsite gym was good but has closed now. Company Sports day onsite bar

Cons

The issue we have is that we rely heavily on promoting internally and therefore all of the board and senior leadership haven't worked anywhere else. And there is generally an insecurity around this and that subordinates genuinely challenging the way things are done does not get met favourably. Nor does pointing out the things they do which are in the grey area, for example being asked to work while furloughed. Gripple doesn't like following the rules, even when these are the law, so follow them. Nepotism is everywhere If you aren't liked you will get NDA'd out of the business, random friends I've had have just disappeared. Culture is like marmite. Business is not diverse it's only recently appointed female directors.

Pros

Good and friendly people, good quality product, good company equipment - car, ipad, phone etc., good schooling when entering company.

Cons

No salary bonus, very avarage salary when compare to competition on the market, glide story do not match all people - you need to invest a lot to get back with good profit from Gripple shares, not expierenced managers in Europe - some of them focus only on numbers not on people and team, high pressure with results not matching "frindly company face", since 3 years I noticed atmosphere has gone down a little bit

Pros

Benefits and flexibility are brilliant.

Cons

You are not allowed an opinion unless it is the same as senior management’s. If your face fits and you can get friendly with management you will go far. Gripple creates a culture of poison and would sooner lose good people than attack a problem because the problem is the MD’s best friend.
