Pros

- Unmatched company pension. - Private healthcare. - Great opportunities for travel if in a relevant role. - Can be a great long term prospect if you are not looking to be challenged.

Cons

- Old mentality of senior staff / management. - No really measure of success or objectives. - Employee ownership is only a real benefit if you can actively invest or were around when the company formed. - "Glide" venture set up for employees to have a say but only succeeded in rewarding its own board with ridiculous bonuses just for showing up.
