Pros

- Great atmosphere when working at one of the Sheffield sites, everyone is friendly and there's a real 'in it together' vibe. - Brilliant benefits packages offered as standard - Staff are empowered, you own your role with close to full autonomy. - Great social opportunities with a company bar and food deliveries. - Good communication from senior leaders on company performance.

Cons

- Company grows so quickly its sometimes hard to keep up. - Fast paced environment, be prepared to take on a lot more than your job description, but at the same time offers good rewards and career progression.

Pros

Not just a Sheffield manufacturing company. We recently won the made in Sheffield award, but Gripple is more than that. Employee owned, there's a real sense of community. Its a people focused culture and we work hard for the performance of the business and for each other. Flexible working, great leadership, fab benefits package and an amazing catering provision. Proud to work here.
