      freedom to grow. the environment is very fast paced as the company is growing extremely fast. The culture is rich and exciting

      the cost of living in chicago became too high to support a family. it is nothing against groupon rather it was a personal choice to leave.

      Pros

      They're young as a company and are walking down unpaved roads. Lots of processes and structure still need to be set up but I can be a part of it and see things grow. it's a roller coaster ride and you better like roller coasters here. it can be a lot of fun and the opportunities are a-plenty.

      Cons

      Lots of stuff is changing very fast. What was true yesterday might be comeplete bs tomorrow. You need to either adapt to that or have the self-confidence to plow through this.
