Cons
-close communication -treated as an object -no training; you are left alone to learn by yourself -termination of employment for invalid reason -- not meeting the performance expectation (based on 2 week of performance, with no induction and sales training) -line managers was always away dealing with other resigning employees -not setting expectation -high turnover in the sales team
