      Pros

      Very Agile with fast iterations. Extremely attentive management, great atmosphere and fun coworkers. Developers are respected and given everything they need to succeed.

      Cons

      Very fast paced, which can create lots of distractions at times. Current growth is outpacing hiring, although the company is working on fixing that

      It's a whirlwind, but what a ride!

      Pros

      - sales folk can make a LOT of money with hard work - even if you start out on a tiny market, talented people move up quickly - the people are amazing...genuine, kind and funny - strong sense of camaraderie and pride in the product - crazy stuff happens in the office (elaborate company-wide pranks, etc.) - no set PTO policy means you can take as much vacation as you need/want as long as you keep your stuff together

      Cons

      - tremendous amount of pressure on salespeople - your attention is pulled in umpteen directions by various initiatives - long hours (not required, but hard to avoid as a function of how much you have to do and the nature of the product)
