      Pros

      It is very fast paced and the people around make the work day go quickly. The pay is definitely competitive There is no specific dress code, able to wear what you are comfortable in Get to feel like you are part of something bigger like a whole movement Given enough responsibility to feel like you are an important part of the machine The unlimited paid time off! (Don't abuse it, don't lose it) My boss completely understands that we all have lives outside of work and respects that Benefits package is pretty awesome

      Cons

      Because we are growing so rapidly, there can be confusion sometimes Not always sure where the day will take you but that is also one of the best things..

      Pros

      Groupon is an amazing place to work! It's fast paced, the work is ever changing and challenging. Since the company is still growing, there are a lot of opportunities for growth and advancement. I don't know many companies where the culture includes not taking yourself too seriously, and I think it's great even upper management follows that philosophy. There will still be growing pains but if you are smart and want to work hard, Groupon is an amazing place

      Cons

      Would be nice to have more professional development, training, courses, help with tuition no 401K match
