Pros

Groups truly cares about their members. They consider the daily factors that can prevent someone from wanting to reach out for help. They are constantly working on ways in which they can improve and provide better care. Groups treats their employees well and advancement is very accessible. I absolutely love what Groups stands for and am proud to work here.

Honestly, getting to know how to members hear their stories, and half the time through the challenges that they faced during recovery. That was it working from home. Having a salary pay good benefits… None of it was worth the stress, he unrealistic workload or dealing with the professionals I had to work with.

Cons

I feel like the whole company was a con. During the interview process make it seem like the organization I know how it is doing on an overall scale they talk to you like a role is going to matter and you’ll be a part of a team they tell you everything it’s not.
