Pros

A great format, bringing people in recovery together with a medication that allows them to be a productive member of society and work on their dreams.

Cons

Clinical case loads for counselors is not reasonable. I have worked in the field in many different capacities and we do the member a disservice having over 100 members for one counselor. There is no reasonable way to give them a high quality of care with that expectation.

Pros

I love working for a company that puts their members first. They give quality care to members when they need it the most. They are always thinking of ways to improve and take their employees opinions/ideas to heart. The training they provide is wonderful and you get to work in a community of compassionate people.

Cons

I do not have any cons so far. This type of work can be draining so make sure that you practice self-care. That is nothing that the company doesn't help with though as you are given work/life balance and a mental health day (as well as PTO and sick).
