Pros

Great environment and supportive team atmosphere despite working remotely. Amazing treatment model. Staff genuinely cares about member recovery.

Cons

Needs help with contracting in order to reach more populations. Sometimes overworks leadership which results in important matters falling through the cracks.

Pros

Flexibility, no supervision at actual office, decent pay, our regional manager is absolutely amazing but left the company. Members/patients are amazing to work with and feels good to be apart of their recovery process.

Cons

No support from upper management, if you aren’t friends the executive director or on his good side you will go no where with this company. No way to move up in the company. Lots of empty promises. No raises or bonuses but your expected to work un paid overtime, answer your phone at any hour to help members. Cut corners when it come to marketing for your office- they took away the marketing budget but expect you to do outreach for your office to grow members. Under appreciated staff with no recognition of any kind. Region to region is run completely different. Have been promised that we will take Indiana Medicaid since March 2018 it’s now the last of 2019 and we only 3 have pilot offices accepting Medicaid. People get away with doing sloppy documentation that should not be allowed for any medical treatment.

Pros

Pays well, Friendly staff. Not to terrible on turn over.

Cons

Unorganized, Company is rapidly expanding which is good for business, but do to the hastiness of ht expansionist decisions do not seem to be fully thought out or organized. For instance there was a issue with everyone been shorted hours due to switching a ADP and no one took responsibility to fix the issue. Lack of promotion opportunity
