Pros

Great clinical model, progressive leadership, constant innovation at many levels, continued focused on expanding our services to meet the needs of those affected by the disease of addiction.

Cons

Brand awareness is still a struggle in new markets, which impacts the talent function. I would suggest allocating some of our budget to attend events that drive our brand alongside our competitors.
