      Pros

      I have grown more in my year working for this company than in several positions previous to this one. I am exposed to incredible opportunities and trusted with the ability to take chances to figure out what works and what doesn't. Despite having to contract with a growing amount of payors to stay relevant, Groups works hard not to lose sight of the mission: increasing access and affordability to treatment. I'm honored to be a part of this mission!

      Cons

      Groups is a very widely distributed company geographically, and this can present challenges when working for a feeling of unity. Training can be hard when this widespread as well, though the training program they've been rolling out over the past year is well thought out and top notch.

      Very mission driven company! Passionate employees! Revolutionary Treatment! I started working at Groups as an office coordinator, moved into an intake/crisis intervention capacity and now act as a corporate recruiter; there is growth potential for those committed to the work! Perfect environment for those dedicated to making a difference, who are passionate about their work and are self motivated and flexible!
