Pros

I am not sure there were any besides being able to work from home.

Cons

really hard communication. newer management, never worked in addiction/mental health I was told that she had more important things that needed to be dealt with but now that she was done with planning a retreat for employees I would be her top priority....

Pros

Groups almost seemed to good to be true when I was hired on. It has honestly stayed that way! My favorite thing about this job is the lack of micromanaging and "corporate America". Management listens, to me that's one of the most important things I about this place. We are always reminded why we started. I love it here.

Cons

Everyone is spread out throughout the states so a lot of communication has to be done through emails. It's not terrible as long as you understand and are good at communication.
