A lot of paid days off. That is about it.

Cons

Leadership all the way to the top. No job security. They will terminate you for no reason at all. If leadership doesn't like you or you're not in the clique, they will watch you like a hawk until they find something to write you up for then it's termination not long after that. Do yourself a favor. If you're not a "yes" man and you question things, find a company that appreciates an employee who makes suggestions for improvemebt and actually takes those suggestions to heart because Groups isn't it.

Nothing whatsoever they give you free stuff but it’s not worth the mental, emotional and spiritual abuse you endure

Cons

Low pay, overworked, poor leadership in the state of Virginia, retaliation, backstabbing, leadership doesn’t care about employees, no teamwork or culture in the workplace, they make you break their own policies, toxic, bullying by leadership. No work life balance, favoritism and harassment by managers.
