Pros

Decent Managers. Good Administrative support. The scheduling is done two weeks out. There is an online email and other systems to hopefully keep employees connected. Many opportunities to fill emergent spots if you have a flexible schedule.

Cons

Typical Security Officer pay, long wait for paid time off, co-workers who no show. Paying for Cold weather jacket, no rain jacket provided (it does rain in Texas sometimes) and a $100 uniform deposit (refundable) are detractors.

Pros

Flexible hours, management tries there best to work your schedule. Like any job, you put in what you take. If you are responsible and on site taking pictures least 6 per hour, your are proving yourself for better moments. Pay is ok, work is relaxing.

Cons

Better communication between management and guards. Some micromanaging from site management and jumping to conclusions based on customer reviews, without analyzing the facts. Like any company, tumors.

Incompetent

Pros

The pay is ok, but based on location They at least appear to attempt to give you posts close to your residence

Cons

This is by far the most incompetent company I have had the misfortune of working for. -They do not care about their employees. They've had lawsuits over how they treat officers. Google it. -Their insurance program is incredibly misleading. When I signed up for it, despite other employees telling me it was a bad idea, this company charged me TWICE the agreed amount for the premium. Their insurance is a scam. -They require you to return dry cleaned uniforms after you depart the company. They tell you they will send you a check for the amount they were able to get refunded at the uniform store. They will either never send you the check, or make you jump through hoops to get YOUR money. -If you have a problem going on with your post, they will feign concern for the first few days, and then completely ignore your calls. -Some posts have supervisors who are nonexistent. They are never on the property, they have no power or pull to solve issues on a site, they're irresponsible, and they have no more experience in security than most officers
