Pros

Good pay, good co-workers, good schedule

Cons

Communication is poor from our site to the Austin site, feels like you are walking on a bladed knife with no shoes on cause the contract can get retracted at anytime.

Pros

None That I can come up with

Cons

they expect you to accept any assignment, no matter if they give you 24 hours notice, or 30 minutes notice, and they expect you to work a graveyard shift and then report to another site that's a morning with only 4 hours rest. No communication, no support. They give you one shirt, and expect you to tension Lee wash that everyday. No other uniform pieces were given like a jacket in the winter time, or anything else. Communication is horrible, management does not listen, they don't care about employees, and her out just to make a buck.
