Its easy to get hired and they try to keep you close by your home. They have improved a lot over the years.

Executive gives reliable men a good living and opportunity to grow in knowledge and expertise as a security guard. Also the ability to prosper while learning. In short they are trustworthy and value people who work for them. Honor is given and abilty to make a good home for those we love.

Cons

As with any job or career pay needs to come up but a good man or woman will always take an opportunity and with Gods help make it into something better. This is still America if you believe it.
