Pros

Remote is the only pro

Cons

Very much micromanaged. Treated like a child. Chained to a chair all day long. Unorganized training. Will put you on the phones and expect you to know everything meanwhile they barely trained. Job needs to pay more will all the job duties you will do. This job will cause you a great deal of anxiety.
