Total High School environment and cut throat! CEO Victor Herrero one had a meeting for one hour telling us we are not working hard enough to make sales to meeting sales as Europe is not having this many issues. I think he forgot that we live in America. You also aren't allowed to even wave at Paul Marciano. If you see him you are told to walk faster, move out of his way, or walk the other way.

Insanely abusive company. Company is aware when there’s two managers for months at a time and does nothing about looking for replacement unless both managers quick on the same day. Pay checks have been incorrect numerous times. Have worked 12 hour days with 0 breaks numerous times. Horrible and abusive company. I am not the only one this company has done this too. Also doesn’t give raises to employees. Was with company for years and got 0 raises along with other staff members and when asked to be taught for training for growth was promised I would be and never happened. Doesn’t matter how much you do for this company they don’t care. It’s a revolving door for upper management. They relocate dms way too often. This is a bad company to work for if your looking to grow.
