Pros
Good discounts 40% and 50% on some occasions. Flexible hours at times when you need certain days off. You get a $50 bonus if your store makes their numbers.
Cons
It's all about favoritism at the end they will promote people with little knowledge since they older over someone that's 21 that has the skills and knowledge needed. Everyone quitting left and right due to not treating staff right co management as well as associates or other reasons since management can't keep it together. Refuse to give raises worked there three years and nothing. Sometimes breaks small HR such as skip peoples breaks management got scared when a few people were trying to call HR even freaked out asked around who was giving out HR number.
