Pros

The product and clothing was really great. The environment is fun. Inventory bonus was a very high bonus. Great potential to move up.

Cons

when the new ceo, victor, took over, the "People first" mentality left and people of long tenure started leaving. Little to no stores made bonuses after the new ceo took over.

Pros

The corporate office has a friendly and relaxed atmosphere. The pay is good and the cafe is excellent. There are a lot of employees who started at or near the very beginning of the company and they seem to really enjoy their work.

Cons

Even though the offices are guarded and gated, the area surrounding it is less than pleasant. The onsite cafe can be expensive if you can't afford to eat there every day. Decent lower-cost offerings can't really be found outside the walls. Also, the company doesn't "feel" as stable as it once had. Many long-term employees were suddenly gone without explanation and it seems that the company is being pushed into uncharted territory. Another thing. While I never experienced it myself, I'd heard that there was a lot of backstabbing built into the company culture. Warning were regularly given to: "walk with a purpose" when on campus, even on break; don't be seen carrying coffee cups outside the office; don't be late because Paul Marciano has been noted to look out his window to see who is late and fire them on the spot.
