Pros

The office has a lot of great amenities such as a cafe, gym and safe convenient parking. In addition, the benefits such as health care are very good.This is a fun fast paced environment but be prepared to deal with attitudes and politics.

Cons

If you speak with HR or your supervisor don't expect it to be private. The pay is very low for the amount of work you are doing and any chance of a raise or title change is very slim. In addition, everyone watches the clock very closely. This is not a place for you if you have trouble being on time or do not like to work late.

Gym, classes, and good cafe available. 401k available and good Insurance. Training classes such as excel and photoshop available, reimbursement for education.

Cons

Difficult to grow and/or transfer departments due to politics and management. Strict environment, company ran by likes and dislikes of co-founder/designer Paul Marciano.
