      It is really just okay.

      Pros

      The managers make an effort to not only hire effective people, but people who will mesh well with the rest of the team. Communication is pretty open, I never felt uncomfortable going to the managers about anything.

      Cons

      Product knowledge education could have been improved upon. Other than that, I really did not start to question working there until we got a new store manager who liked to pick on employees who did not dress up to par in his eyes. If the girls weren't "sexy" enough, they were picked on. The annual raise was smaller than I thought and not enough to make me stay.
