Pros

They offer a good healthcare plan You get a nice discount on the clothing If you're part of the DM's inner circle, you can advance in management, but not quickly

Cons

DM plays favorites with her employees Company going in a new direction - focusing less on operations and more on selling. As an assistant manager I am expected to always be the top seller (which is hard when balancing all other responsibilities sometimes)

Great employee discount on great products. They offer great employee health benefits.

Cons

No room for advancement, upper management lacks communication with field managers. Upper management stick to one another and keep information close to the vest. They have their own agenda as a group and do not include field managers.
