-low pay with no commission... really sucks! -hours are based on sph (sales per hour) usually have to fight with people for sales -closing has to be perfect and usually rushed with no help from manager. Never make plans after work if you have to close because i can promise you, you probably wont make it on time. -expect way too much out of associates and usually only favorites get performer of the month -poor communication from management with associates -having to dress up for corporate visits while wearing clothes you usually don't wear and heels for like 7 hours is really uncomfortable and annoying!! -management is very catty, lots of confusion, gossiping and drama reminds me a lot of high school..ugh

You have to fold to PERFECTION no flaws allowed Clean like crazy Stressful sells goals Have to be pushy with customers Wearing heels hurts! Rude remarks when things dont go as planned PIcky ,picky , picky, everything has to be perfect Very low pay for hard work Often take advantage of your strengths and only point out your flaws
