Pros

There is a lot of potential for career growth if you perform well and have a professional and positive attitude. Almost all of the associates in the Account Manager department were promoted from the PA position, none of them got fired. Managers do not micro manage you, they encourage you and help you a lot whenever you run into a problem. All the other associates from other departments are extremely helpful as well. There is a lot of work but it is never redundant or boring. I enjoy what I do and I love my company. I am writing this review because I feel Guidance is getting a few bad reviews from temporary associates who did not perform well.
