The free breakfast every Friday and the occasional company lunch every month

Cons

Managers are horrible and the pay is low for the amount of work they expect you to do. There is no overtime and they want to you to work over your hours without pay.

Thank you for your candid feedback. We are always looking to raise the leadership level of all of our team leads and managers. In the last 9 months, we have launched formal training programs across the company to include all functions / levels of sales, operations, and management. For more information on our home financing program, there are many resources inside the company and outside on YouTube that explain the declining balance co-ownership program and why we are required to have investors. Shariah product. You may get good deeds. Good recognition within the community. You meet alot of different people from different countries & industries.

Cons

Pay structure; Lowest in the industry. Micro-management Benefits. Negative environment which can cause anxiety. Expected work hours are unrealistic. Week days & Weekends? not a machine. Too stressful; A lot of jobs can be stressful, the money usually follows the amount of stress you experience, in this case, it does not. This is a high stress job that lacks the benefits; leaving you wondering why are you working there. I would definitely recommend this job to college students as it will get you involved within the community and give you good contact's for your job search after you graduate.

Thank you for your feedback. Sales in the mortgage industry is extremely stressful and is not for everyone. When that is found to be the case, we sometimes have to make difficult decisions yet still wish our former employees the best in their career.
