Good for experience, diverse workplace, islamic environment,i good if you can survive off an average of 3-5k a month( thats with commission)

Cons

condescending management, want you to work 24/7, very low compensation plan, no benefits other then 401k and health, near impossible goals, no consistency of pay, standards of service inst really a standard for them but more of a suggestion, stress, dealing with stressed/ overworked employees, and allow us field executives to be on the field and not infront of a computer all day

Pros

Co-workers are like family, multicultural environment. Flexible schedule. Laid back dress code environment. Weekly lunches and yearly company employee events.

Cons

Management is close-minded. It’s either their way or the highway. No opportunity for growth unless you yield to their unethical way of working. Any co-worker is replaceable at anytime. Don’t trust management and especially the HR dept, they don’t care about their employees. Low pay.
