commission structure change every year, not a secure job at all super micro-management, count your calls, you min per day, every day meeting asking what you did the day before, not helping with the business, you are a friend as long you bring business. you are required to work weeks ends and attend events during evenings, every Friday you need to drive to a different mosque, only commission no salary very horrible and stressful place, no carrier advancement. they will never invest in you there is nothing Islamic about this > All other reviews are fake, managers and friends are doing that to make sure they will average higher rating

- Pay is low, you'll be paid much more at another job like their competitor UIF (That's why all ex-guidance employees go to them). - Terrible work life balance. You won't have a life outside of the office and you'll be told to be grateful for it. - You'll be looking for a new job 3 months in.
