Authentic sharia compliance - excellent benefits - easy access to top management - recognition for high performance - technology - strong marketing - strong training - high leads of customers - Touch Stone - working from home

Cons

1- An extremely stressful job. I have been 5 years in the company. My wife and my doctor are asking me to leave the job because of the level of stress that's affecting my health. All this could be solved if we hire more processors and underwriters to make our process faster and to meet our deadlines. 2- The commission of the competitors are almost double our commission.

Pros

Casual - jeans ok. Covered free parking. Lunch brought in at least once a week, bagels and donuts every Friday morning. Free coffee, tea, water. Quarterly events and large picnic annually. CEO/Owner very personable. Lots of work to do, business is growing.

Cons

Small business, understaffed in the support department. 3 ppl doing the work of 6 seems to be the norm. Multi cultural workforce, some misogny or pre-conceived notions about abilities. HR is a little green, one is a micromanager, and behind the ball. No automated expense system, company pays for most things with 3 corporate cards that have daily spending limits and card limits.

Depending on the team you join you can either have the most welcoming team or the most micromanaged job on earth as a salesperson.

Cons

I hit my targets, I was one of the best but I never received the recognition or the supposed rewards for hitting my targets.
