They throw people at anything without considering the skill sets needed for something .

No training. We’re responsible for setting ourselves up and then thrown into work with minimal understanding of the company’s process for the job role. They wait weeks after wasting valuable time on nonsense and then send videos to watch and consider that training. Some managers are a bit “odd” as they come across as spies, asking personal questions, popping up at my desk without proper notice. I’m starting to see the reviews manifest. This is another company with poor communication. One manager says this and the other says that. We’ll see…
