      Pros

      This is a good firm if you are looking to change jobs solely to make more money.

      Cons

      I would not recommend this firm for a first job or junior-staff level position because they do not invest developing their people. Their is no widespread training, and senior leaders generally do not extend themselves to help others grow professional and are often not great role models of professional behaviors themselves. There is no expectation for promotion - totally up to you
