      Very well organized place to work, people culture and helpfulness of colleagues is amazing.

      Cons

      My only complaint(s) - Paid Time Off and Utilization. Told to make up time that I took at paid time off for the sake of client utilization. Later asked to take 5 days off and was told to surge my hours so my client utilization wouldn't fall. I was at 100% utilization and was being told to make up paid time off - it just seemed like PTO didn't really exist. They moved to DTO, and instead of banking accrued time off, they took away from your bank until you reached a balance of zero.
