Pros

The firm is hired to address some of the most interesting and emerging challenges facing the industry. Awesome place to work for those who strive for constant growth and aren’t afraid to take on big challenges!

Cons

The work can take over your life if you let it — it can sometimes be hard to turn down new project, particularly if you have broad interests and enjoy working on with new teams and clients (whether you have the actual bandwidth or not), and no one will stop you from taking on more than you should. Not a good fit for those who can’t self regulate nor for those who aren’t self motivated.
