      Pros

      Some people are collaborative and professional.

      Cons

      Management is clueless when it comes to managing people. Very unprofessional managers and directors! Some staff talk about their benefits and perks in front of other firms, clients. They form cliques and ignore capable people. There is no project management - at times total chaos. The starting PTO is very limited. Their IT department is a joke. Systems are always failing.

      Pros

      I greatly enjoyed my time at Guidehouse. It was a low pressure work place with good work life balance and great pay. Really friendly and comfortable office environment Everyone in the team was really corporative and supportive. Our project manager and the QA lead were Both absolutely amazing people who provided great support to the team. I would highly recommend guidehouse to anyone who is looking for a good company.
