Pros

- Quick movement up to leadership position if you work hard early and generate results - Young office environment, access to C-Suite communication, exposure to leading/managing people at a young age - Hybrid work model - If you have the right team, it's a very rewarding place to work - hard work recognized, you won't feel stuck if you perform as new opportunities at the company present themselves

Cons

- They could keep a lot more talented people if they just paid a bit more - Bad tech with seemingly little urgency in fixing it, makes it tough for employees to work efficiently - They try to reward results-driven work but there is a total imbalance between the punitive nature of not hitting numbers vs. how people are rewarded monetarily for reaching KPIs. - experience very much dependent on how good of people your managers are

The company is currently investing a lot of time and resources to improve our technology. We hope that everyone in the company will soon feel the positive impact of these changes. We recognize the immense talent of our staff and want them to do their best work in the environment we create. We're always working to make the experience better for everyone. You're right; we have many great people we want to keep, and we're actively working on improving our technology. If you would like to continue this conversation don’t hesitate to reach out.

Pros

Not really anything positive to say about them, most people working there are pretty cool, although everyone is unhappy and wants to leave, which is obviously since the barely pay 900€ net a month.

Cons

Probably too many to mention. They don't pay you for the work you do. You get a salary of 900€ net a month, which is an absolute joke in 2023. The system they are using looks and works like it is from the 90's, they try to cut costs at every corner and don't provide you with any tools to reach out to experts like every other network like GLG, alphasite, Dialectica etc are doing, because they are too cheap and want to pocket every last cent for themselves. They don't pay for follow up calls, again pocket the money themselves. Would not recommend to work here, even Teleperformance or any other call center will pay you more and you will have a better work environment. Haven't met one person in Guidepoint that doesn't think about leaving the company.
